The emergence of ‘bring your own device’ platforms is making in-transit entertainment viable for a much wider range of airlines and train operators, as media can be served to passengers’ own devices without the need for headrest screens. This in turn is opening up new opportunities for advertisers. In this interview Tim Letheren, CEO of in-transit ad tech company Inadvia, describes the emerging opportunities in in-transit advertising and explains how Inadvia is bringing programmatic trading to in-transit.
