Broadcasters and Operators will Push More Deeply into Addressable TV in 2017


Freewheel2016  has been a huge year for StickyADS.tv and FreeWheel, as the latter acquired the former in the Spring. In London last week the company held one of its 1to1 Programmatic Roadshow events in London, and Thomas Bremond, European Managing Director at FreeWheel, said that next year clients can expect to see a unified platform (disclosure: VAN is partner of the 1to1 Programmatic Roadshow, but retains editorial independence for all coverage). He also said that next year we can expect to see broadcasters and operators making more meaningful moves into addressable TV and in making their digital inventory more addressable:
