Yahoo Want a Stake in Dailymotion, YouTube Wants to Change TV, TubeMogul Integrate with StickyXchange


Yahoo is reportedly in discussions to acquire up to a 75 percent stake in Dailymotion, currently owned by France Telecom-Orange, according to The Wall Street Journal. Dailymotion is the world’s 12th most popular video site. YouTube Wants to Transform the TV Experience

Bringing fully featured YouTube to the TV is a key priority for the video portal, according to Francisco Varela, global director of platform partnerships, YouTube, reports Digital TV Europe. Varela said that version 4 of YouTube’s TV app and the implementation of the Discovery and Launch (DIAL) protocol would help transform the YouTube TV experience over the coming year. Tubemogul Integrate’s with France’s StickyExchange

TubeMogul, a programmatic buying platform have announced a strategic partnership with France’s StickyXchange, giving clients full access to StickyADStv’s premium private video ad exchange, which they say is hte the largest premium video marketplace in France. StickyXchange is the first marketplace to support the IAB standard openRTB for video in France.  Read More >
