One of the main selling points for automated – also known as programmatic – buying is ‘efficiency’. Efficiency can refer to the reduction of intermediaries, reduction of staff involved in the sales transaction, or it can refer to minimising the time spent on the entire process, from buying media to serving the ads. have made a great little infographic that encapsulates the efficiency argument very nicely, titled ‘Requiem for the Video Advertising RFP’.
